I'm writing you today to share our experience with Fatima as our REALTOR®.  This was our first house purchase in Florida.  Fatima did an outstanding job finding a good school district for our daughter.  She explained traffic flow patterns and how to avoid areas that are packed with tourists during different times of the year.  She set up numerous walkthroughs for us and personally gave tours of the potential homes.  She answered all of our questions and helped us find our home.  When it came time to extend an offer, she guided us during the negotiations and offered very favorable suggestions.  She helped us through the inspection and closing phase of our purchase.  Overall, she did an amazing job helping us to buy our home.  I would highly recommend her to help you purchase your next home.
